How It Started—and Where We’re Headed
Re Mixers was founded in 2016 with a clear mission: to solve the challenges traditional static mixers couldn’t. From the beginning, we’ve approached design and manufacturing differently—questioning outdated assumptions, leveraging AI-driven design tools, and investing in additive manufacturing at scale.
In 2019, we launched our first Xemex™ mixer. Since then, we’ve grown from a bold idea to a high-volume manufacturer producing millions of units annually—all in the U.S. and without a single supply chain disruption.

Meet Our Leaders
Eric Ronning is the President & CEO of Re Mixers, Inc., where he leads innovation in static mixing technology for industrial adhesives. With a background in mechanical engineering from UW–Madison, Eric is passionate about advancing U.S.-based manufacturing through AI-driven design and sustainable production. He plays a key role in scaling operations, building strategic partnerships, and developing high-performance products that reduce waste and strengthen the supply chain.
President & CEO
Lukas Duddleston is the Chief Operating Officer of Re Mixers, Inc., based in Madison, WI. A University of Wisconsin–Madison alum, he oversees daily operations and drives manufacturing efficiency across the company’s Xemex static mixer line––U.S.-built, AI-informed, sustainable dispensing technology. Lukas is instrumental in scaling production, optimizing workflows, and maintaining supply-chain resilience. With his leadership, Re Mixers continues to innovate in precision adhesive mixing, reduce waste, and expand its market impact nationwide.

Don Slickman is Vice President of Sales at Re Mixers, Inc., where he leads sales and channel strategies for their Xemex static mixers. With over 25 years of experience in industrial adhesives and fasteners—including leadership roles at Bostik and Supply Technologies—Don brings proven expertise in business development and strategic growth. Based in southeast Wisconsin, he’s instrumental in expanding Re Mixers’ market reach and sustainability initiatives.
